Veggie plants are in the ground!

They are in the ground and growing! I now have tiny red tomatoes on my vines! They were suppose to be full size tomatoes but low and behold they are cherry tomatoes (which I love). I also have a Japanese Eggplant, green and yellow Bell Peppers and a Crooked Neck Squash.

In a few months I should have lots of fresh veggies...that is unless my tortoise decides to feast on them.

Doobeedog, your garden looks very nice. I'm impressed that you don't have any weeds.

I'm not much of a gardener but I do have a few tomato plants in pots that are thriving. I've been picking the toms as soon as they get some color on them and letting them finish ripening in the kitchen window.

I hope you have a bountiful harvest.

Hi Sister. Thank you for your post.

Don't you just love the flavor of fresh home grown tomatoes?

I do have weeds, you just can't see them. I crop them out of the photo! :)

Everyday I use my Wiggle Weeder (similar to a Hula Hoe) to scrap out the weeds. If I didn't, I would have a weed garden instead of a veggie garden.
